The Puducherry chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) has elected a new leadership team for 2025-27.
According to a press note, Chief Minister N. Rangasamy was the chief guest and Home Minister A. Nammasivayam the guest of honour at a ceremony held recently to induct the office-bearers.
The event was attended by real estate developers from across Tamil Nadu, government officials, industry experts, and stakeholders from across the region.
S. Thangamanimaran took over as CREDAI-Puducherry president along with V. Vidjea Nehru as vice president, S. Selvamuthukumaran as secretary, B. Maheshvarane, joint secretary and R. Karunanithi as treasurer, besides other executive committee members.
According to a press note, the CREDAI chapter with 27 charter members, will aim to drive sustainable development, innovation, and policy advocacy to strengthen the real estate sector in Puducherry.
